COUNTRY PRIORITY NUMBER (CPN) PROCEDURE EXPLAINED
​
PAL-V will initially start with delivery of the Limited Edition PAL-V Liberty Pioneer in each countries with orders. Only 90 of these vehicles will be available worldwide, and a slot can only be reserved by securing an Option to Purchase (OTP) agreement. After the delivery of the limited edition, PAL-V will start the delivery of the PAL-V Liberty Sport. A slot of the PAL-V Liberty Sport can be reserved by either an OTP or a Provisional Reservation Agreement (PRA). All OTP slots have prior delivery dates to the PRA slots.

Reservation details

In the case of an PRA your deposit is secured in a trust account and is refundable. As long as your deposit is in the account, we lock your priority number on the waiting list. Priority numbers are assigned, first come, first served, based on the date of receipt of the deposit, subsequent to a block of priority numbers reserved for OTPs. Once these numbers reserved for OTPs are sold-out you will be notified. Then you will have two choices: 1) Make use of your first right to secure your assigned CPN by converting your Provisional Reservation into an Option to Purchase (OTP), 2) Lock a new higher CPN on the waiting list. This new CPN will be assigned, subsequent to a new block of CPN's assigned for OTP's, maintaining the original order of locked CPN's based on the date of receipt of the deposits.
